What is obesity ?

Obesity is an excessively overweight stage when the percentage of the body weight is over 20 percent of the standard weight. This happened due to excessive accumulation of fat.
Diet is a change in behavior, when a person wants too lose the extra weight he/ she has to change the life style by changing the food intake behavior and exercise. The person has to organize and plane his/ her day in order to lose weight.
Obesity might be dangerous and can increase the risk of high blood pressure, diabetes, and elevated lipid levels.
